Todd is the husband to Dawn, dad, and soon to be grandad. He loves spending time with his growing family, loves to be outdoors working in the yard and garden. He loves a good college football game and is always looking forward to enjoying a fun day at any amusement park. Todd has served in various roles in ministry- youth minister, family pastor, associate pastor, and currently serves as the Connection Minister on the Brentwood Campus. During a critical season of ministry, Todd experienced the helpful tool of life coaching, and since that time has been an advocate for coaching for ministry, life, and leadership. Coaching is all about helping you get “unstuck” by asking powerful, thought-provoking questions that help you move forward in life, ministry, family, and/or career.

Gerald is married to Tami, and they enjoy spending time with their grown children. Outside of work and church, Gerald enjoys training British Labradors for hunting waterfowl and upland birds. As a coach, he understands and appreciates that everyone has the ability to perform, solve problems, and strive towards excellence; eliminating interference and focus are keys to unlocking potential.

Michele lives in Thompson’s Station, TN with her husband and best friend of 24 years, John. They have two grown boys, and their family enjoys traveling together and exploring the great outdoors.

Sandy grew up in Minneapolis Minnesota in a family of seven. She studied Music (BA) and Educational Ministries (MA) at Wheaton College. She is married and has two young adult children. She loves to garden, spend time in nature, walking, music, and learning new things.

Tom’s life Statement is “Helping People Reach Their Full Potential.” Dr. McMinn has been a BBC member since 1975 leading various ministries. He moved to Tennessee from Texas where he served nearly 20 years on various church staffs. He has served on several mission journeys, held professional jobs as consultant, team leader, manager, trainer, etc. He is married with two children and four grandchildren. Tom has received several service awards from employers including Trainer of the Year, Essentials of Management, Events Coordinator, and Frontline Management.

Pam is a native Nashvillian and a Belmont University graduate. She is a retired elementary school teacher. Her hobbies include sewing, fishing, and learning. Her passions include teaching and coaching.

Mel lives in Nashville (originally MinneSNOWta) with her husband Kirk and two young children. She feels coaching is what she is meant to do because it draws a person from a place of where you are to where you want to be, and in the midst of that client-led process we get to know Jesus even more. Nothing excites her more to see the chains disappear, hope abound, and freedom in an individual’s life because we uncover who God is and who He wants you to become in the situation we are processing together. She loves being active outdoors, reading, hitting up garage sales with my husband, and “racing” around with her two kids. 

I love Jesus! Grew up in the mountains of North GA, and after over 30 years this Southern girl moved from the Mid-Atlantic to TN! Retired from the Federal sector in 2014, followed by some work in and across the private sector. Now I “keep up” with family (husband, 5 grown children, and 6 grandchildren), friends, music, Choir, piano, travel, reading, baking (which I fondly call “Bake and Share”), volunteering, staying active, and embracing life! Also loving on Maggie, our 10-year-old pup. Coaching can be a “game-changer” for discovery, reflection, and action. Praying you experience all God has in store for you!
